  Coming from Washington, the task of finding a new home for my family in Utah was daunting. Steve did a fantastic job of providing me with exactly the kind of service I needed to make the transition totally seamless. He worked with our tight schedule, showing us a large number of homes over the few days I was in town and even went out of his way to show us an extra couple after I’d thought I’d made a decision. His knowledge of the area was excellent – he provided constant commentary on the neighborhoods, local events, restaurants, stores, landscape, climate, etc as he drove me between homes. His communication was near instantaneous – texting me with updates as soon as I asked, working up deals late into the night. After we’d made an offer on the house, he continued his superb support answering all my questions in a professional, supportive manner no matter the inquiry. When I was unable to be in town to do a final walk through, he went out of his way to do that for me, talking me through the walk through on the phone. Steve provided excellent service every step of the way and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in search of a realtor in the Park City area.

  Steve helped me find and then buy the perfect ski vacation 4 bedroom townhouse for my family where we can walk to the slopes and restaurants! I walked into Steve's office almost a year ago wanting to learn about what was available. After 5 tours, 100s of searches, 1000s of emails from me, Steve just helped me close on the perfect place. Steve is connected and willing to share his connections. My questions ranged from asking if he had a list of home inspectors to suggestions for places to rent ski equipment – 24/7 I got answers to my email questions or a quick call. Steve is beyond patient. Job well done!
