- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor management. I asked them to repackage a vase I was sending to my parents for their anniversary so that there would be enough space on all sides so that it would not be damaged. They didn't change the box as I asked and shipped it in a box that was smaller than the actual vase so it was pushing out the sides. Not surprisingly, the vase arrived damaged. After I made a claim to UPS, this store's follow-up has been non-existent. Poor service in general, and unprofessional.By Ryan Weibush, October 31, 2016
